PMAY Assam Recruitment 2021 Vacancy Details :
(1) Name of the Post :- City Project Manager (MIS Specialist)
No. of Post :- 07 Vacancy.
Educational Qualification :-
(i) Post Graduate / Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Civil) / Post Graduate / Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Computer Application, Information Technology / Post Graduate / Commerce, Finance, BBA / Post Graduate / Bachelor Degree in Social Science or Mass Communication.
(ii) At least 3 years experience in Mission Mode Program or equivalent.
(iii) Experience in DBT missions will be added.
(iv) Experience in evaluating urban infrastructure investments and helping city governments access multiple options for funding projects.
(v) Expertise in preparation of DPR, financial sustainability and feasibility analysis of projects.
(vi) Ability to assist ULBs in setting standards and procedures to ensure quality and monitor compliance.
(vii) Excellent shorthand / computer typewriting speed in both Assamese and English.
(viii) Prior experience in the relevant field will be an added advantage.
(ix) Familiar with the rules and procedures of Urban Local Government.
(x) Fluency in the local language is essential.

(i) Post Graduation or Graduation in Finance or CA from recognized University with 5-7 years experience in Municipal Finance.
(ii) Experience in evaluating urban infrastructure investments and helping city governments access multiple options for funding projects.
(iii) Experience in advising and training staff in municipal finance, project finance and resource mobilization, public private partnership etc.
(iv) Ability to train employees to work in a team and use the system.
(v) Extensive knowledge of local languages. (Assamese/Bengali/Bodo).

Age-Limit PMAY Assam Recruitment 2021:
The Candidates Should Not be less Than 27 Years of Age and Not More Than 45 Years.
