Eligibility Criteria Fishery Department Recruitment 2022
Residence:
(i) The candidate must be a permanent resident of Assam.
(ii) Candidates will have to produce PRC issued in Assam for educational purpose / Voter ID card / Employment office registration certificate as proof of residence along with the application form.
Age Limit : Candidates age should not be less than 21 years and not more than 38 years as on 01/01/2022.
Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable:
(i) Up to 5 years i.e. up to 43 years for SC/ ST candidates.
(ii) Up to 3 years i.e. up to 41 years for OBC/ MOBC candidates.
(iii) Up to 10 years for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PWBD). However, candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Other Backward Classes (Non-Creamy Layer) who fall under the ‘Persons with Benchmark Disabilities’ category will be eligible for cumulative age relaxation under both their respective categories.
