Step 2: Click on the “Online Apply Link”

How to Send Mutual Transfer Request?

Here’s a step-by-step guide to sending a mutual transfer request in Assam through the “Swagata Satirtha” portal:

Step 1: Registration

1. Visit the official portal for Assam mutual transfers. (The exact URL will be shared by your department or official sources.)
2. Click on the “Register” or “Sign Up” button.
3. Fill in the required details:
   • Name
   • Employee ID
   • Date of Birth
   • Department
   • Mobile Number
   • Email ID
4. Create a secure password and complete the registration.

Step 2: Profile Verification

1. Log in to your account using your credentials.
2. Upload the required documents:
   • Appointment Letter
   • Service Book
   • Salary Slip
   • No Objection Certificate (NOC)
   • Vigilance Clearance Report
   • Departmental ID
3. Wait for verification from your department.

Step 3: Search for Matching Requests

1. Navigate to the “Find Mutual Transfer” section.
2. Filter profiles based on:

3. View and shortlist employees with whom you wish to swap locations.

Step 4: Send a Request

1. Select the profile of the employee you want to request a mutual transfer with.
2. Click on the “Send Request” button.

Step 5: Mutual Agreement

1. Wait for the other employee to accept your request.
2. Once accepted, the system will forward the request to both respective Heads of Departments (HoDs).

Step 6: Approval Process

1. After the HoDs review and approve the request, it will be sent to the appointing authority for final approval.
2. Both employees will receive notifications of the approval status via the portal or registered mobile number/email.

Step 7: Transfer Order

1. Upon final approval, a transfer order will be generated through the portal.
2. Download the transfer order and follow further instructions from your department.
