Eligibility Criteria:-
Age Limit – APSC JE Recruitment 2024
The Candidates Should Not be less Than 21 Years of Age and Not more than 38 Years of Age as on 1st January 2024.
- For ST Candidates: 05 Years+
- For SC Candidates: 05 Years+
- For OBC Candidates: 03 Years+
- For PwBD Candidates: 10 Years+
Educational Qualification – APSC JE Recruitment 2024
# The candidate must have a Three year Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from any technical institute recognized by the Government.
# The Diploma must be a Regular course. Diploma courses obtained through Distance Mode of Education, by whatever name called, will not be accepted.
Local Language Proficiency: Apart from English, the candidate should have adequate knowledge of at least 1 (one) official language of the State of Assam (i.e. Assamese/Bengali/Bodo) except candidates belonging to Karbi Anglong Autonomous Council and Dima Hasao Autonomous Council.
Citizenship: Candidates must be Indian Citizens as defined in Articles 5 to 8 of the Constitution of India.
Residentship:
(i) The candidate must be a permanent resident of Assam.
(ii) The candidate must produce PRC issued in Assam for educational purpose/ Employment Exchange Registration certificate as proof of residency along with the application form.
