The Directorate of Open and Distance Learning, Assam Agriculture University (AAU ODL ) is Currently Providing 2 Different Types of Courses.

AAU ODL Course Structure
Below are the key features of the AAU ODL Courses:
1. Classes for every course will be held online using platforms such as Google Meet or other meeting apps.
2. Each course will have a Course Director overseeing its implementation.
3. For every course, registered learners will be required to undergo practical training on-campus for a period of 3-7 days for short-term training courses and 10 days for certificate courses. This practical training is preferably scheduled towards the end of the course.
4. Learners will receive Self Learning Material (SLM) to aid their studies.
5. Upon completion of the course, learners will receive a certificate. However, it is mandatory for learners to attend the practical training sessions at a designated campus of Assam Agricultural University.

Payment Mode : Candidates are able to Pay their application fee through the online payment gateway. Candidates should have any of the following options to make the payment – Debit Card (Rupay / Visa / Master Card / Maestro), Credit Card, Net Banking, or UPI.
Selection Process AAU ODL Admission 2023
Candidates will be chosen based on the previously mentioned eligibility criteria. The list of selected candidates will be posted on the website odl.aau.ac.in. To secure final selection, the shortlisted candidates must make the necessary payment for admission/course fees online. The link for admission will be provided after the publication of the shortlisted candidate list.
